Steven Marter was born in Metairie, Louisiana. Around 8 years old, his family moved to Paradise, Texas. After graduating from Bridgeport High School he attended the University of North Texas. He soon there after studied theatre acting, successfully graduating from KD Actors Conservatory in Dallas, Texas.
